for implementing a hardware table in userspace. Modules in
skeleton directory is used as a template for creating
hardware dependent libraries.

Use controller string for learning_switch, so that test suite can run
on any arbitrary port.
Disable for real Naggle on controller socket (TCP_NODELAY).
Add delay after set_config message.
Fix warning for drop flow_mod.
More explicit error messages when looking at ofp_packet_in.
