Nick Gordon 9eac4d9830 sync: removed ref to lsdb. 
Sync now emits to a signal whenever a new LSA is detected, and the LSDB
listens to this signal.  Sync consults a function object gotten at ctor time
to determine LSA newness.  This means Sync no longer needs a reference to
the LSDB, and LSA newness criteria can be freely manipulated.

Davide Pesavento 6ebfd7c182 build+ci: enable code-coverage reporting 
This required changing the CI scripts to run the
unit tests against the debug version of NLSR.

Also sync default-compiler-flags.py with NFD.

Nick Gordon b7b5839197 route: communicate routing changes using signals 
The RoutingTable now has a signal that it emits upon finishing
calculation, which other modules can subscribe to. The NamePrefixTable
now references this emitted container to update its local copies of
routing information.

Nick Gordon c0c6bcf7e2 route: updates to name prefixes are more efficent. 
With this change, only entries that have changed next-hops will
cause any change in the name prefix table.  Consequently, routing
table calculations no longer cause RIB registrations for unchanged
prefixes.  However, this is not a problem because FIB entries
refresh themselves.  This resulted in the removal of a test from the
TestNlsr suite.

Nick Gordon 098aae410a tests: make LSDB tests more deterministic 
TestLsdb/LsdbSync now iterates over all sent Interests to
check that any of them match, as opposed to checking
positionally, which cannot be guaranteed to pass.

Nick Gordon 7afcab4652 tests: make sync tests more deterministic 
This change makes the UpdateForOther{LS,HR} tests more deterministic by
removing the temporal ordering requirement of sent interests.

Ashlesh Gawande 793e8707a1 src: fix prefix advertise runtime error 
Don't schedule Hello after receiving face changes in dataset,
let it be on its schedule. Also don't schedule routing calc (HR)
or AdjLsa (LS) let them be scheduled on Hello Data.
