Junxiao Shi 931ca9f576 name-prefix-list: delete unused methods and cleanup tests 
Unit tests for NamePrefixList type are deduplicated. This allows
deleting countSources() method and NamePair type, which were used
sparsely in the unit tests and not needed by the rest of the codebase.

Junxiao Shi 52f16644ab name-prefix-list: compare names only in operator== 
NamePrefixList type is now a sorted container. The sort() method is
deleted.

The remove() method is renamed to erase(), in accordance with ndn-cxx
code style recommendations.

Varun Patil a2599dafa9 comm: do not use localhop for SVS 
SVS does not work with localhop; Sync Interests need to
be forwarded at the network layer to all nodes in the group.

Ashlesh Gawande 30d96e4875 Do not compile ChronoSync support by default 
ChronoSync dependency is now made optional
and is kept for testing purposes only.

Also change sig-type to ecdsa-sha256 in nlsr.conf
as ndn-cxx now has strict checking for it.
