Alexander Afanasyev 6459e64f36 core: initialize Boost.Log backend through ndn-cxx 
ndn-cxx logging facility and NFD logging both use Boost.Log.
When each of ndn-cxx and NFD adds a std::clog sink, messages are
appearing twice on OS X, resulting in scrambled log output.

This commit removes NFD's Boost.Log backend initialization and
let ndn-cxx logging facility initialize Boost.Log.

Alexander Afanasyev 3d1874af59 build: Adjust order of link flags 
The previous order of flags (unintentionally) had `-lboost_log` flag
specified before `-lndn-cxx`.  Incidentally, the order adjustment avoids
a symbol collision between the two libraries that prevented nfd-status
and nfdc from working on Ubuntu 14.04. A proper fix will follow (see #2859).

Alexander Afanasyev f22ebaf7f1 tests+ci: Enable dual XML and HRF output of unit test results

Alexander Afanasyev 4d384fcce5 tests: Revert changes to s_normalUid/s_normalGid in MgmtGeneralConfigSection test suite 
If changes to s_normalUid/s_normalGid are not reverted, the subsequent call
to PrivilegeHelper::drop() will throw exception if test cases run by an

Alexander Afanasyev 31367925c6 rib: Refactor initialization of NRD instance 
This commit also makes Face used inside NRD be adaptive to nfd.conf.
More specifically, it will use the same unix socket path as specified in
face_system.unix section.  If this section is not present, it will use
the same tcp port as specified in face_system.tcp section.  If tcp
section is also absent, nrd will abort execution.

Alexander Afanasyev 49343f6fab build: Add conditional compilation 
Two conditionals are introduced in this commit:
- if <ifaddrs.h> is not available, NetworkInterface helper will always return
  an empty set of interfaces
- If dropping/elevating effective user/group is not supported, an error
  will be thrown if used (e.g., if general.user or general.group is
  configured)

Both conditionals are necessary on Android platform.

Alexander Afanasyev 76818632e0 build: Several updates of the build scripts 
- Update of waf script (based on custom fork https://github.com/cawka/waf)

- Redesign the way default compile flags are determined.

  This includes a small semantical change with flag processing:
  * there are now "general" compiler and link flags. These are added (if
    supported) even if CXXFLAGS and/or LINKFLAGS environmental variables
    are set.
  * optimization/debug-mode flags that are applied only if CXXFLAGS
    and/or LINKFLAGS environmental variables are not set.
