Davide Pesavento 72517b5510 ci: auto-detect the OS instead of relying on NODE_LABELS 
And remove WAF_JOBS: waf already defaults to the number of available
CPUs, which is appropriate in most cases, and we can always use the
built-in JOBS variable to override it where necessary.

Davide Pesavento 86644d36ff mgmt: don't extend the dataset expiration in ForwarderStatusManager 
No other managers do this. Moreover, StatusDatasetContext::setExpiry()
has odd semantics and is being removed from ndn-cxx.

Davide Pesavento 7922d12449 fw: rename BestRouteStrategy2 class to BestRouteStrategy 
Also rename ad-hoc-forwarding.t.cpp to strategy-ad-hoc-face.t.cpp
and broadcast-medium.t.cpp to strategy-broadcast-medium.t.cpp,
for consistency with the other strategy-*.t.cpp test suites.
