Remove monolithic OpenFlow switch.
Add userspace datapath.
Fix BUG#13: Revise check wildcards for in_port != out_port output

Fix BUG#31: Fix NetFPGA crash in case of test_delete test harness run.
Fix BUG#32: Add stack depth limitation to avoid inifinite loop in

Fix BUG#33: Improve NetFPGA kernel extension and NetFPGA image to
support MAC address rewrite features (two actions) on NetFPGA enabled
OpenFlow switch.
Fix BUG#34: Add NetFPGA kernel extension source codes to create
distribution package with NetFPGA correctly.
Fix BUG#38: Improve regression test for FLOW_MOD ACTION SET_DL_SRC and
SET_DL_DST.
Fix BUG#39: Correct misunderstanding of byte order ops for OFPAT_XXX.

Ben Pfaff 8798af6e81 Unload kernel module when stopping switch, in Debian init scripts. 
This way, we have a better chance at ensuring that the secchan and the
kernel module are exactly the same version.

Ben Pfaff 8872d86328 Make COMMANDS option in openflow-switch defaults file work. 
The setting was being accidentally ignored, so commands like "reboot", etc.
would not work at all.

Ben Pfaff aaab8d4cf0 Add settings for switch netmask and gateway for in-band mode to init script. 
Previously we supported setting a switch IP address but not those
parameters, which are obviously required also.

Ben Pfaff 28318b5fdf Be less picky about precise name of process in init script. 
The previous version always printed ERROR because for whatever reason
we were comparing "/usr/sbin/secchan" against "secchan", which of
course failed.

Ben Pfaff d72616d544 Only generate private key and certificate request if ssl enabled. 
Generating them unconditionally caused a problem with the init script:
the script required there to be a certificate for the private key if
the private key existed, but we do want to allow TCP-only configurations
and always having a private key prevented that.

Also, give the user advice on how to deal with this problem when it
arises in the init script.
