Alexander Afanasyev 766cea7931 ====== Renaming library to ndn-cxx ====== 
Dependent applications should perform the following changes:

* all includes should be changed from <ndn-cpp-dev/...> to <ndn-cxx/...>
* documentation files/comments referring to ndn-cpp-dev should be
  updated and refer to ndn-cxx
* if the app uses pkgconfig for dependency detection, 'libndn-cpp-dev'
  should be replaced with 'libndn-cxx'.  Example for waf users:

    conf.check_cfg(package = 'libndn-cxx', args = ['--cflags', '--libs'],
                   uselib_store = 'NDN_CXX', mandatory = True)

Alexander Afanasyev 7c6aeb0827 docs: Importing initial set of library documentation from wiki 
To build documentation, doxygen (+graphviz dot) and sphinx-build are
required.  Manpages are build and installed during `./waf build` stage
if sphinx-build is present.

Documentation can be build using the following commands:

    # Full set of documentation (tutorials + API) in build/docs
    ./waf docs

    # Only tutorials in `build/docs`
    ./waf sphinx

    # Only API docs in `build/docs/doxygen`
    ./waf doxgyen
