Alexander Afanasyev 0af48fb516 interest: Match data to Interest regardless of FreshnessPeriod/MustBeFresh 
When Data is received from the wire it should match Interest with
MustBeFresh even if the Data packet doesn't specify FreshnessPeriod.

* Completely remove inline namespace v2
 * Flatten some unnecessarily deep namespace nesting
 * Move DummyClientFace, Segmenter, SegmentFetcher to namespace ndn
 * Move all unit tests to namespace ndn::tests

Junxiao Shi 2ad2fbeb20 interest: drop Selectors from matching functions 
matchesData and matchesInterest only consider Name, CanBePrefix,
and MustBeFresh. matchesName is deprecated.
