list-operator's filter conditions are FilterCondition (value: str | Sequence[str] | bool, default ""), and filtering an array of strings or numbers requires a plain string. The normalizer treated them like if-else's Condition: it wrapped an in/not-in scalar into a list and left None alone, both of which graphon rejects. They now get their own rule: None becomes "", numbers become text, nothing is wrapped. List items use the same integral-float rule as scalars.
