Charles YaoandClaude Opus 5 cf99766d93 fix(dify-builder): count nodes the chokepoint normalizers healed as changed ...

apply_repair's value normalizers can heal a node the repair's intents
never touched; the diff showed it but changed_nodes did not. Both
normalizers' changed ids now join changed_nodes.
