Charles YaoandClaude Opus 5 a8e89d4583 fix(dify-builder): flag only a branch that routed nowhere as no output ...

The first cut flagged any succeeded run where a branch node ran and no
End did, which also caught a legitimate side-effect-only arm that ran
to completion, and treated any fail-branch node as a router. The rule
is now the ESQ1-303 mechanism itself: a branch node ran and none of its
edge targets ran (the engine skipped every arm), in a graph that has an
End that was never reached. The card points at that branch node.
