Charles YaoandClaude Opus 5 a02c0fe3a8 fix(dify-builder): revert the canvas when plan approval is rejected ...

apply_repair streams a canvas marker per applied intent before its
preflight runs, so a rejected build left the client with markers for
mutations that were never written. The plan-approval catch now emits
revert_checkpoint: nothing was written and the draft is still the
checkpoint taken at approval.
