Charles YaoandClaude Opus 5 a2950c7845 fix(dify-builder): the build-failure card names the node each error came from ...

The retry instruction already named it; the card the user sees did not,
so an error like "Tool acme/render is not installed for this tenant"
left them guessing which node it meant. Both now render through one
formatter.
