Charles YaoandClaude Opus 5 6d85677006 fix(dify-builder): reset Edit's repair breaker when the user keeps adjusting ...

Build resets the breaker counter when the user re-enters the repair
loop from review or after a revert; Edit's equivalent branches did not,
so a count left over from an earlier cycle could trip the breaker one
round early.
